CHALLENGE
Inefficiencies in the hair service experience has led to client frustration.
How can we cultivate a sense of community for a service that feels very personal?
The way people choose barbers and stylists is currently through word of mouth or generic online reviews from yelp or google that give feedback on the shop and not catered to the specific barber. The names for different styles are not known to the average customer so how can we not only cultivate a sense of community but also educate people on how to ask for the looks they want.
With a sense of quality and community at the top of our mind we knew that having a clear brand identity would be the glue to bringing barbers and their clients together.

SOLUTION
A booking app that connects inspiration to an appointment.
Aside from a strong sense of brand, we knew that in order to provide value to barbers and their clients we needed to provide a way for users to find cuts that they like and book appointment with the barbers who did them all in one place. This also provides a space for independent barbers to connect to a larger audience and manage their client base.
